The Stock Market is a MARKET ... you have BUYERS, you have SELLERS, and you have the little talked about MARKET MAKERS.

Everyone on this board is smart or you wouldn't be here. But just because you are smart doesn't always mean you are always aware. For those unfamiliar with HOW stock MARKETS work please allow me. You need to know this because some seriously criminal shit went down a FEW HOURS AGO that spotlights just how corrupt our 'system' has become.

Scenario:

GAW Inc sell on several Stock exchanges (yep ... there a lots of them) under the symbol GAW. GAW has rocketed up from $10 to almost $500 in two weeks. Patriots luuuuuv GAW. GAW has 3 market makers: Evspra, High-Valarian, and John-Titor. They each have what is known as a BOOK. The BOOK is where these guys write down ALL the BUY and SELL orders.

When the BOOKs are 'open', they have two sides (of course - just like any book). On the left side are the BIDS (what people are willing to BUY the GAW for, for the price they set and QUANTITY of shares they will SELL at that PRICE). Now the Right side of the BOOK looks Just like the left only those entries are the ASKS, what people are willing to SELL GAW the own for. The ASK is the price you pay, the BID is what you will get if you want to SELL.

Now Evspra, High-Valarian, and John-Titor usually do a great job at Matching BUYERS and SELLERS at a pretty close price. Sometimes there are more Buyers, and the amount of GAW for sale at lower prices runs out so GAWs price naturally Goes up. Same thing happens in the reverse. Not as many Buyers and the price goes down .. depends on how many of each. More on this in a second ....

Now the last couple of Days GAW has been on a tear. It is rocketing like no bodies business. Patriots from all over the world are buying GAW because some shitbag guys over at Reddit Hedge Funds have been SHORTING GAW. SHORTING is borrowing GAW stock from their 'Brokerage houses' and SELLING it ... tons of if, to drive the price down. They then will buy it back at a lower price. That is called SHORTING. So what ... WELL, that fucks the guys that run GAW. The higher the price of the stock is, the more money investment banks could loan them to expand and make GAW a better company. You see, they use GAW stock as collateral on bank loans ... this is their LIQUIDITY (sort of).

Patriots are pissed, they want more from GAW, and they know GAW can't give it to them because of those fuks over at Reddit Hedge Funds. So, last week patriots decided to collectively fuck those hedge funds guy in the most EPIC way never before seen in Free Market trading. By the hundreds of thousands, they started buying GAW. Just a few shares each .. but enough that every single time those douchbag cocksuckers at Reddit SHORTED GAW, Evspra, High-Valarian, and John-Titor had enough buyers on their BOOKS to fill the orders and then some ... the SHORTING wasn't working this time. The price was shooting up. Now they were going to have to COVER their POSITIONS (the Total amount of GAW Stock they have borrowed and sold), meaning buy it back to return it to the lenders, at a HIGHER Price ... UH OH!!!!

Well, the Patriots realized they were about to bankrupt Reddit, and like true Patriots, They dug in and bought like crazy. Any price, fuck it, it's not about the money. Well, the guys at Reddit called in a favor/threat to the MARKET MAKERS ... "stop buying GAW for a few hours, we are losing BILLIONS" (in the real case it was the TRADING PLATFORMS not the Market Makers).

What happened next was nothing short of criminal. The LEFT sides of the BOOKS went blank, no BUYERS ...at least no Patriot Buyers. The price plummeted. The BUYERS were locked out of the opportunity to BUY GAW. It is still all about SUPPLY AND DEMAND ... only now, the DEMANDERS were shut off, and the Price of GAW dropped from $480 to $112 in a few hours. This let those mother fuckers over at Reddit get out without getting totally crushed. Also, and I bet you didn't know this, they Shorted AGAIN, at those High ass levels KNOWING they rigged the market, and fucked all those Patriots in the process.
