Someone aks... I have a question: The 10 days, darkness.. when?

Q responds with.. SHUTDOWN.

Q has said before that we won't have a shutdown of our power grid due to a "black eye." However, government shutdowns were mentioned numerous times by Q. Is this what Q's referencing? What other things could be shutdown that Q would be referencing?

Hmm yes, I believe a communication's blackout/shutdown has been mentioned by Q in some round about ways...
