Those who have followed along for the past three years and have interpreted the steganography Trump and his team use, often with real-life confirmation, know the lingo.
Many people in public positions regularly use symbols, references, word play, colors, numbers, fashion, dogs, and even more obscure items to communicate publicly via the media and social media, hiding their messages in plain sight. You might not be able to interpret everything correctly, but once you see it, you can't unsee it.
Trump has been out of the limelight lately and not communicating directly with his supporters. He knows they're looking for encouragement that the plan is proceeding. He also knows that the anons don't miss a beat. There's no way he randomly chose a Q yellow tie for this particular picture.

What evidence is there that he doesn't?
You can't say he is "100% signifying something" without any proof. You could say he "seems" to be signalling something.
The burden of proof lies on the claimant; if you want to make a claim like that, prove it.
Similarly, if I were to claim Trump never signals anything with his ties, I'd need to prove it. Simple as that.
