I just looked at the WH live stream and just saw an airplane take off not far from the WH and fly over it. What airplane has the authority to fly in the no fly zone? Also, I looked at the live stream of the WH and it legit looks like there's only one light on. The whole upstairs area looks completely dark. Is this normal?

No, nothing in the past year has been normal.
Reagan Airport is just across the river. Commercial traffic could look like they are flying over the whitehouse depending on camera angle.
Has the no fly zone been suspended?
In the near future the WH could be alcatraz while the tribunals are ongoing....in theory. Fence around the WH has the barb wire on the inside.
