Listen from 1:25. https://youtu.be/7o8q1xS4P14 This shows as from today, why did she say that the president is "inciting insurrection"? It doesn't look like she tried to correct herself either.

Edit: did she mean former president?

No. This is an old video. They refer to ex Presidents and “former” President xyz.
