Regan / Gorbachev / USSR redux . . . Sources are unknown to me. Thesis is possible but WAY out there. Still, similar did happen in '89 . . . and the wall did come tumbling down.

So not giving this actual credit as a huge intel drop. But on the other hand the historical analogy cannot reasonably be ignored.
