I've been listening to BardFM lately and gather that his take on this is that the People also need to reject it at the local levels. Somehow, without the benefit of social media since the main platforms have been censored, we need to collectively decide not to follow those rules any longer. Like some communities are doing in Europe over shutdowns. The false government can't enforce it if the physical majority refuse.
