Here's my take: Legitimacy is predicated on chain of command. If Military, CBP, FEMA, etc. do not recognize biden, he has zero power. On the other hand, union bosses who are corrupt ds players, will follow biden commands and get nice kickbacks. Do they care if tens of thousands are laid off when their bank accounts get a nice infusion?
