There's no evidence of him taking part in weird satanic pedo stuff but he was on the board of General Dynamics before Trump nominated him and then returned to the board after Trump forced him to resign for not wanting to draw down in Syria once ISIS was defeated. Seems to me he's just an MIC sellout.
