I never understood how anything could be off topic of Q unless its literally something like a recipe video or workout routine.

Literally anything having to do with a power having control over us is exactly on topic of Q and their mission to free us.

That's what I thought as well, but apparently before this was Q only, then the flow of pedes came from TDW and all of a sudden anything goes.
