The workers have to quit the unions first, which is unfortunate. It seems counter-intuitive, but the union structure has always held back the workers from acting on their own. Unions are good so long as there is a problem that needs to be addressed in the company. Unions fail to do good when the company actually begins to treat their workers fairly.
As soon as a union gets what it wants, it becomes obsolete and then resorts to preying on the company, holding it hostage, and making up issues to attack the company heads in order to validate the union's continued existence.
Company heads then are forced to make deals with the union heads, and we have the birth of a collusion that aims to only hurt the working class. It just takes one Deep State actor in either party to corrupt the whole thing completely.
The companies MAY be Deep State.
The unions DEFINITELY are.
