Like both legislative statutes and regulations promulgated by government agencies, executive orders are subject to judicial review and may be overturned if the orders lack support by statute or the Constitution.

The price of insulin already went through the roof. Poor old guy in front of me at the pharmacy today thought the pharmacist was selling him 90 days of insulin instead of 30... He couldn't believe she was charging him $450
