What does NPC stand for?
Non-playable characters in multiplayer video games are characters controlled programmatically rather than by human players, and therefore, they have a very limited repertoire of things they can say and do. They are predictable, mindless, and quite irritating after a while. This was a nickname given to leftards a couple years ago because it seems all they can do is repeat the same idiotic phrases such as:
"Colluded with Russia"
"Orange Man Racist"
"Trump's COVID response killed hundreds of thousands of people"
and more...
Well, they don't actually say those phrases word-for-word, but that's what they boil down to.
Thank you so much.
WutangFlu ain't nothin to fuck with!

non-player character, like extras in a video game.
