Miles Guo said this guy was not legit and was leading people astray.

His family is tight with Warren Buffet, the guy who doesn't want a Keystone pipe line because he owns all the rail traffic coming out of Canada. Charges. $30/barrel instead of $10/b that pipeline costs.

He spent a lot of time in China. Just comes out of nowhere as Mister Superspy insider. Hmm.
