My personal advice for dealing with the shills

Block them.

If you deport them, they'll know it. They'll create a new name and come back and shill some more. If you block them, they'll be talking in a vacuum.

Just my two cents.

It's really nice to see the block actually works on this site. Good point above on deporting them lets them know.
