Any idea or inkling what may be happening? Elected 2017 but won’t be re-elected. So many people stepping down.

So Trump gave him $2.8b last week in office to free them from Chyyna mega loan debt. He took money and is not running for re-election. Summoned to DC this week and upon takeoff his plane has mechanical problems ?????

Trump was freeing all of these countries around world by paying off Chyyna debt like Sudan, Ecuador, etc. New allies and trade partners and cutting Chyyna control.
