Any idea or inkling what may be happening? Elected 2017 but won’t be re-elected. So many people stepping down.

So Trump gave him $2.8b last week in office to free them from Chyyna mega loan debt. He took money and is not running for re-election. Summoned to DC this week and upon takeoff his plane has mechanical problems ?????
