That's pretty much how I got here: the news says something dumb and I went to check it out for myself and saw that the news anchor got it wrong. Then it happens again. And again. Whether its bit by bit or leaps and bounds, eventually you distrust all of it and find people that are on the same page at a place like this, many of whom work together to get real information. I imagine the first steps are similar for many others who are here. But watch, read, learn, grow, share. Welcome.

Absolutely! I was on the DonaldWin for a few months, lurking, never created an account, but I actually like the GA better. I haven't fully immersed myself in all things Q but I like following the bread crumbs and just generally becoming more knowledgeable about all the "coincidences".
