Is this an allusion to the arrests being planned at Inauguration until an unforeseen threat caused delay, as according to some supposed insiders which matches reports of bomb threats?

The White House has gone completely dark, even the security night lights (not normal like many try to claim), every day since Inauguration, this tells us precisely that white hats are in control.

They have prepared for this, and even though Trump is not President, assets are in place where they need to be.
