What date did DNI Ratcliffe deliver the report on election interference to President Trump? ?️ DISCUSSION ?

There's a lot of chatter about dates and so forth, but can someone share both the date and reference as to when DNI Ratcliffe delivered his election interference report?

According to EO13848 Sections 1.a and 1.b, it appears as though the first 45 day deadline was December 18 and the 2nd delivery deadline of the report is February 1, 2021...

It means they start freezing assets of the players involved... Politicians, media - anyone who intentionally played a role in subverting our right to a fair election.
