Thanks for that link, it does seem to show a slight decrease in total numbers prosecuted over the previous 4 years (compared to Trump's years) but it also shows quite a large increase in number of cases brought to trial, which isn't really referenced in the report except as a percentage (and therefore shows negatively compared to others).
I don't know if Trump can be held responsible for the courts not managing to convict, but it does give me the impression that the authors of that page are not completely neutral.
