I just reread the EO, the way I read it is the next 30 days is when public disclosure will take place? Then in section F says in 30 days from the second report (Feb 1st) they must act on these findings,(March 2nd)

Biden will most likely be arrested around this date and POTUS will move back in to the White House on March 4th, which will be our new inauguration day under our new Republic, under our original Constitution.
