Any gene manipulation is altering DNA. RNA are replicators of DNA. When injected with foreign genes into the cells the RNA will replicate these causing the DNA to react and attack. This will continue until the body is overwhelmed. At this stage the damage is irreversible as the body will have more altered RNA cells than primary DNA cells. If the person survives this their DNA is definitely altered and more open to further manipulation.
DNA does not attack anything
and "DNA cells" don't exist as opposed to "RNA cells"
Most cells have DNA they may use RNA for replication of DNA, but use messenger RNA (mRNA)
to make proteins int the ribosomes.
Changing the mRNA leaves the DNA intact, but it is still gene engineering.
The cells are tainted with the mRNA and the viral spike protein. I guess they might clear in time. I still believe the DNA is not altered in this process.
mRNA = messenger RNA for making proteins mRNA has a different job to RNA for replication of DNA
Well that article is mainly about RNA but does mention mRNA, which may mean messenger RNA in that context.
I hope you aren't right about permanent changes to the DNA via messenger RNA, because that would make the "vaccine" even worse with possible germ line effects to descendants.

I still don't agree. mRNA (messenger RNA) is used by the cells to make protein in the ribosomes, not to replicate DNA
