I have used MONEX in the past....its been several years ago but they worked out good for me. make sure you buy Physical Silver....(not paper).

$SLV is NOT backed by physical sliver. It’s also a lot by JP Morgan and Citadel. Don’t invest in $SLV.

Research $PSLV and $AG then consider buying from them.
