Keep in mind that it is very possible that 'inappropriate showers' is not the extent of it. When family members are angry, they lob some grenades but withold the strategic nukes.

For example, Natalie telling her therapist that Hunter is chatting with her naked while doing crack. Is this the worst of it, or is she just trolling the family that she might spill the beans on the real deep dark stuff?
