This is just parroting of an incorrect assessment of the White House live stream video from 2 weeks ago where some guy claimed he saw all this happen, which was then put into an article by some loon on "beforeitsnews.com", which this article apparently plagiarized extensively.
Think about it, why would "Congress" be arrested at the White House at 3 AM? Congress doesn't meet in that building even during business hours and sure as heck doesn't sleep there.

I saw children leaving at that time. Why would children be there that late? Unless they were already there, hidden against their will? or there was a PEDO party in the White House?
Video showed many children coming out of the White House. Been lots of talks of DUMBS. Deep Underground Military Bases. These DUMBS are supposedly been used in the trafficking of children and pedophilia. You figure it out from there. They claim 30-60K military in DC yet you dont see that on the surface. They may be underground. The US has DUMBS all over the country and the World for that matter. Dont discount anything.
Between 3 and 6 am at the White House? Congress wouldn't be there - and certainly not then. Somebody might have been being arrested (the video does show something going on if it's not photoshopped), but I doubt it's who the article claims it is.
Either way it is ??? Big time very weird and there was media covering it like people were there for a reason as soon as motorcade drove off they all left the viewing stand and at that time in the morning?? Idk but weird! Never saw anything like this goin on during trumps time in office !!!
