I know exactly where you're coming from! It's very disheartening! Hopefully, things get better soon and actual journalism comes back for the sake of this country, No taking sides just the truth.
I've been streaming OAN quite a bit lately, and my wife is convinced it's because of the high number of attractive hostesses. I told her that I honestly just prefer the OAN perspective and production versus Newsmax but she didn't believe me.
I get my news from places like this and avoid topics with the sheep. It has been working well for over 5 years now. I will only red pill the ones on the fence. The rest will get theirs in due time.
It’s never good to get your news from only one side. You can agree with 0% of what the other side has to say, and know most of it is nonsense, but there is a value to that, knowing what you’re “up against” so to speak.
If you can feign enthusiasm towards a cause you disagree with, it’s possible to “incept” seeds of doubt in others; ask a question to people that will make think critically. Sometimes the best “red pill” is a subtle one, because some people, when presented with an idea that challenges their world view, take that as a personal attack and just double down on their old thought.
Mark 4:15-19 Some people are like seed along the path, where the word is sown. As soon as they hear it, Satan comes and takes away the word that was sown in them. Others, like seed sown on rocky places, hear the word and at once receive it with joy. But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. Still others, like seed sown among thorns, hear the word; but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the word, making it unfruitful.
Right now so many are to calloused to even hear truth. They have heard lies all of their lives, and although we do not have absolute truth ourselves, we are searching just as them, however slightly closer we hope. The key here is simple in my opinion. Be true to you and your beliefs listening and learning, but not giving in to the lies. People will start to see changes and ask you questions as they start to wake up. Also be prepared in the lies. The easiest way to discredit truth is with a lie.
DiscloseTV format for news reporting should serve as a future model. Just snippets of facts and observations without any commentary. Other people can provide commentary on top
For left perspectives I like Johnathon Turley, Glen Greenwald and Abby Martin (Empire Files). They are about the only left I can listen to regardless of their views.
You will be looking for along time fren

I share almost nothing unless asked. The only thing that I have spoken out about is a literal begging to loved ones to not get the covid-19 vaccine.

Epoch Times and NTD are also good places to get news.
