The National Guard is not the military.

Biden got no 21 gun salute from an active duty unit nor did he get a "hail to the chief" from an active duty band.

Trump's rule was they could come in before or after transitioning. Are they still on hormones after? I'd think they'd have to be, especially if their balls are cut off.
