So normally in times of crisis the UK Govt brings forward the big guns to steady the ship. Establishment,Etonian or Winchesterlandowners, military in family for hundreds of years 2nd cousin to a royal etc

Matthew Hancock was educated at Kings Chester. In the scheme of things he’s to quote Hannibal Lector “ one generation removed from trailer trash.”

He isn’t even worthy of being called a useful patsy.
