If he sues them for a First Amendment issue, he will win! Then each and everyone of us will have standing in the future. Maybe this is what he’s been trying to do all along. Force them to violate his first amendment right in someway, so he can sue them. Then there will always be precedence for each and everyone of us! What a gift to the world that would be!
