If anyone is wondering, the "missing context" is that cities vary in population and so county wins don't correlate with the popular vote.

They aren't confused. They are laying seed for getting rid of EC, like they have been trying to do for 2 decades.

Even now various states are pushing to join the compact under which each member agrees to give their EC votes to whoever wins the popular vote.

Their ability to flood the ballot box will have unlimited scope if this comes to be. All the illegal votes in PA or GA will swing the national election.

I mean - they faked 10 million votes, right?
