My welcome email was like 16000. But when I logged in it was like 95000. This seems to be a pattern for many. As soon as I got the notification the app was available I downloaded and tried to make an account. But it was being hammered. Took forever but I eventually got the email that the account was created. But when I logged in the number was much higher.

Yes this is in Ukraine. The people speaking in the video trying to calm their baby are speaking Russian. I believe that is what they speak in Ukraine as well.
The video is of a fighter jet firing a missile nearby what appears to be inside a house and then you hear a baby start crying and screaming. I am assuming from the loud noise
