Was President Trump not smart enough to realize the deadlines to his EO would fall during the Biden administration and POTUS would expect Biden to fulfill the actions necessary to carry out this order?

Absolutely not, I think this solidifies the idea that Biden is a fake president, He is merely a place holder till all the evidence was gathered and gives the military the time to decide what actions needed to be carried out.

POTUS is still in control, he would not have delegated this authority to sleepy Joe.

The best is yet to come.

The plan failed. The plan was to take the fraud to the courts and using the insurrection act if all else failed.

The Supreme Court and the lower courts failed to hear any lawsuits and kicked them all out. The swamp runs deep people. Trump was a law and order, by the book type of president. Well, law and order failed.

Rumor has it that the military refused to activate the insurrection act due to fears of instability and possible civil war within our borders. Trump exhausted all of his avenues to stay in office. However, he could still be running a shadow government, just like Obama did during Trumps tenure.
