USS Higgins is a United States Navy Arleigh Burke-class destroyer. Higgins, is the 26th ship of her class, the 15th of the class to be built by Bath Iron Works of Bath, Maine.
Warship 16 is possibly USS Tulsa (LCS-16) is an Independence-class littoral combat ship, helicopter landing etc.
USS Dewey (DDG-105) is an Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer
RSC is most likely cyclone class patrol ship
USS Howard (DDG-83) is an Arleigh Burke-class missile destroyer
I'm guessing one or two of the other "Warships" are aircraft carriers, you don't just have a 14 ship formation unless there's carriers in there somewhere
