Well, there is one tiny detail which I don't think would have been overlooked if this is legit. The misuse of the word 'excepts' in the phrase 'excepts and/or exchanges..." It should be ACCEPTS.

Whenever I see such grammos or typos, I tend to suspect the document is fake.
