Face it. The Washington DC mayor has the brain of a peanut. :>(

She doesn't even know what the consequences will be of bringing in MORE NG troops. I don't think the woman can think her way out of a cardboard box. She sure knows the word "racist" though... like it's a magic word that always brings her what she wants.
