Two times seems like something. Please do keep us posted if you see more suspicious things. I have family that live in Michigan and the day you posted they were experiencing freak power outages at home, at work, and at appointments in several different counties. I joked with them that maybe it had something to do with justice coming for Whitler, Crazy Cynthia, and their comrades.
