Of course the military knows about "Joe Biden" and his ties to the communist Chinese government. That goes without saying.

As Sun Tzu says, " all warfare is based on deception." Deception includes feigning weakness when you are strong or professing ignorance when you are informed. Appearing to be weak, unprepared, or small in size can lure your opponent into traps and make them susceptible to misguided actions or responses.

Deception is also propping up a puppet leader entirely controlled by the military... when the Chinese believe they have bought and paid for that "leader" and that he is controlled by them.
