dude isnt that literally what the Texas case was suing over??? The failure to put ads in to let residents know and therefore wasnt consitutional etc?

SCOTUS said they had no standing yet this woman resigns over failure to do it?

This is all totally fucked man. The injustice is killing my soul.

I know i know I am just saying that if this was what Texas was suing over and got knocked back, and then post election it's quietly proved right and nothing is said or done, the injustice boils my blood
