Yup. Since Trump signed the Insurrection Act... he is NOT President. Nobody is. The military is in control. Biden is NOT President, because under the insurrection act, that position is temporarily suspended. Biden couldn't be inaugurated to a position that was suspended at the time.

Heels Up Harris isn't Vice-President either.

But the filing calls Biden President - it refers to him as President Biden so how do you explain that one?
