This is a link to a deep dive investigation done on Clinton Foundation for tax fraud which was very informative. The financial “bounty hunters” are pursuing this through tax court and the case is ongoing still. Basically the CF was fiddling all kinds of financial shenanigans and got away with millions in tax https://youtu.be/84K7T80z5jc
