Absolutely agree. OH was born the year D&D came out and we jokingly say he was born with the game built in :) Later incarnations are watered down and this hit job is sickening. I find that people are more receptive to information if they feel they've kinda happened upon it organically rather than being told by others? One of my kids is like this. Theyve been woke adjacent for years (influenced by school) but are beginning to come out of it now and are questioning everything. That's all Ive ever asked them to do. Ask themselves who benefits from what we are being told (and think long term benefit as well as immediate) and also consider the sources.
