The rest of the government hasn’t gotten that message. They are following along.
No, the rest of government WANTS it to be true, so they follow along.
Even if that’s the case, what practical difference does it make? If they all go along with it, then it becomes de facto reality.
If the force of the government is acting on these EO’s, it is no longer play acting. It IS acting.
