Perhaps they need to find a successor. And it can't be from inside. Or he actually out now but just saying q3.... or to do the legal work remove him may take that long. could be a lot of things.

Likely to keep the stock from plunging from panic. Although I have suspected for quite awhile that there may be some cracks starting to show. Warehouse inventory restrictions, fake new seller growth, etc
