I agree. My husband was a huge feminist when we started dating and actually became disillusioned with the movement because he realized it was increasingly abandoning any actual interest in women's rights and simply becoming a place to push intersectional tranny stuff.
I was raised in a far left household but never got the point of modern feminism. My gender has always been a big advantage for me (although Boy Scouts always seemed a lot more legit than Girl Scouts). I never felt at any disadvantage and it was hard for me to believe there was a systemic issue.
