Considering this is primarily about America and Americans, the Super Bowl would be an opportune moment for it. The international appeal of the Super Bowl matters not, the info would circulate immediately on an international level - regardless if the Super Bowl or reruns of the Golden Girls was interrupted.

That said, I don't think it would happen then. Be damn cool if it did but.
