Exactly Jack! Trump is somehow still at the helm in some way or another. IDK exactly but I tend to think the military still consider Trump to be POTUS since it was the military that raided all those Dominion facilities & etc. They know who their real commander in chief it - or at least some segments of the military - that's my guess
