Birth Certificate has the babies name in all caps...technically the Death certificate is the only thing that would require the name to be all caps, and when the mother signs the birth certificate that is called necromancy speaking to the dead, so since the baby is "dead" it is a ward of the state a slave to be used as collateral for the international banking system.
