How would they know it’s ammo? Looks like a bunch of Trucks and Uhauls that could be filled with literally anything
The security presence and Police escort would suggest something valuable and or dangerous. Which could be ammo and weapons. Could be explosives.
Could also just be a typical supply convoy. And the amount of security is typical for the current Security situation in D.C.
There’s the numerical equivalent of an Infantry Corps in D.C. A Corps goes through a metric shit-ton of supplies. So it could be a mixture of supplies. A bit of ammo, medical supplies, construction supplies etc.
