I'm guessing that the Republic has declined to continue to protect them from liability.

faced with the prospect of a dud vaccine and unlimited liability,

for genocide and crimes against humanity, over many years

so the wheels came off,

assisted greatly by the service of the legal papers to seize the corporation and all of it's assets.
